The Hawaii Rainbow Warriors delivered one of the most unforgettable performances in the history of college football on Christmas Eve 2025, securing a breathtaking 35-31 victory over the California Golden Bears. This Sheraton Hawai’i Bowl triumph was not just a win; it was a testament to the “Braddahhood” spirit under head coach Timmy Chang. Facing a daunting 21-0 deficit early in the second quarter, the Rainbow Warriors refused to back down, mounting the largest comeback in the history of the Hawaii Bowl. Fans across the islands and the mainland are now rushing to secure the Hawaii Rainbow Warriors Sheraton Hawai’i Bowl Champions Shirt 2025 to commemorate this legendary night at the Clarence T.C. Ching Athletics Complex.

The game was a roller coaster of emotions, defined by the grit of starting quarterback Micah Alejado and the ice-cold composure of backup Luke Weaver. Alejado orchestrated the comeback with three passing touchdowns, battling through physical play and staying resilient as the Rainbow Warriors chipped away at Cal’s lead. However, the climax of the game came in the final seconds when Alejado was forced to the sideline due to a late-game injury. With the game on the line and only 10 seconds remaining, Luke Weaver stepped onto the field and launched a perfect 22-yard touchdown pass to Nick Cenacle, sealing the Hawaii Bowl Championship. This iconic moment is a primary reason why the 2025 Champions Shirt has become an instant collector’s item for the UH football faithful.

No discussion of this championship is complete without highlighting the phenomenal performance of Pofele Ashlock, who was rightfully named the Hawaii Bowl MVP. Ashlock put on a masterclass in receiving, hauling in a staggering 14 receptions for 123 yards and two touchdowns. His ability to find space in the California secondary kept drives alive and provided the spark the Rainbow Warriors needed to overcome the early onslaught. This victory secured Hawaii’s first 9-win season since 2019, marking a definitive breakthrough for the program. Wearing the Sheraton Hawai’i Bowl Champions Shirt is the ultimate way to celebrate Ashlock’s MVP performance and the collective heart shown by the entire Hawaii football roster during the 2025 season.
