For the faithful who hail from the “Steel City,” loyalty is forged in fire and built to last. It’s a pride that runs as deep as the three rivers and stands as tall as the Cathedral of Learning. Whether you are an alum recalling the glory days of Tony Dorsett and Dan Marino, or a current fan cheering on the team at Acrisure Stadium, the Pittsburgh Panthers Limited Edition Whiskey Glass is the ultimate tribute to your passion.

This isn’t just a glass; it is a piece of storytelling that captures the grit, the history, and the unshakeable spirit of the University of Pittsburgh. With the iconic “Pitt” script and imagery that honors the city’s industrial roots, this vessel is designed for those who bleed Blue and Gold.

A Design Forged in Steel and Glory

The Pittsburgh Panthers Limited Edition Whiskey Glass is a masterclass in commemorative design, blending the playful energy of collegiate athletics with the rugged history of Pittsburgh. The glass features a heavy, substantial base, providing the kind of stability that mirrors the team’s defensive line.

The 360-degree artwork is meticulously applied, creating a vibrant and tactile experience:

• Roc the Panther: The star of the show is a dynamic, full-color depiction of Roc the Panther. Captured in mid-stride and clutching a football, this vintage-inspired illustration embodies the energy and enthusiasm of the student section.

• The “Pitt” Script: Dominating the center is the beloved “Pitt” script logo, rendered in the classic royal blue and university gold. It sits proudly above the text “SINCE 1890,” reminding everyone that this program has been a football powerhouse for over a century.

• Steel City Skyline: Anchoring the bottom of the glass is a stunning silver etching of a suspension bridge and a steel mill with smoking stacks. This imagery pays homage to Pittsburgh’s identity as the “City of Bridges” and the “Steel City,” connecting the university to the hard-working community that built it.

• Panther Claw Marks: To the right of the logo, three fierce gold claw marks rip through the design, symbolizing the aggressive, attacking style of Pitt football.

• Decorative Laurels: A band of silver laurel leaves circles the rim, adding a touch of academic prestige and victory to the overall aesthetic.

Celebrating a Legacy: Since 1890

As the glass proudly proclaims, Pitt football has been a tradition “SINCE 1890”. This date marks the beginning of a journey that has seen the Panthers claim nine national championships and produce some of the greatest players to ever lace up cleats.

This glass is a daily reminder of that storied past. It bridges the gap between the early days of playing at Exposition Park and the modern era of the ACC. It is a tribute to the 1976 undefeated season, the miraculous upsets, and the enduring chant that unites every fan.

Premium Presentation: “Hail to Pitt!”

A collectible of this quality deserves a presentation to match. The glass arrives in a sleek, navy blue gift box that immediately signals its premium nature.

• Gold Foil Branding: The box features the “Pitt” script logo stamped in gold foil, shining brightly against the matte blue background.

• The Rallying Cry: At the bottom, the legendary slogan “HAIL TO PITT!” is displayed. This phrase is more than just lyrics to a fight song; it is a declaration of allegiance shared by alumni and fans around the world.

• Commemorative Text: The box reiterates the founding date with “Pittsburgh Panthers – SINCE 1890,” ensuring the recipient knows the historical weight of the gift.
